My new version of #tea ☺☺ #parsley #gingertea made from fresh ginger roots. Love it! If you are like me experimenting to help reduce the belly-bloating, you might like this tea.
Instructions:
One- two slice of ginger, smashed it then boil it for 5 munites when it's boiled pour a cup then put one stoke of the fresh parsley in, soak it for about 1 minute then start drinking your fresh homemade ginger tea with a fresh parsley leaf. I suggest drinking this in the morning as ginger accelerates metabolism and is, therefore, a good fat burner. You can drink this before your coffee and breakfast. Enjoy!
