Half cooked Stir-Fry Vegetable's w/Turkey Recipe

Hope everyone had a wonderful time Thanksgiving with their family. Any leftover turkey dinner from thanksgiving? Well, we do, yes! So here is the recipe that I created "Stir-Fry Vegetable's w/Turkey". Maybe some of you already have this but this actually that just came up in my mind, LOL! 
Stir-Fry Vegetable's w/Turkey

Hope everyone had a wonderful time Thanksgiving with their family. Any leftover turkey dinner from thanksgiving? Well, we do, yes! So here is the recipe that I created "Stir-Fry Vegetable's w/Turkey". Maybe some of you already have this but this actually that just came up in my mind, LOL!

Ingredients: ( 5- 10 minutes prepare)
  1. Haft piece of a small onion, chopped.
  2. 5 Gloves of garlic, chopped.
  3. 2 cups of Turkey Meat ( No bones)
  4. 1 pouch turkey gravy sauce powder 
  5. 1 tsp salt and black pepper powder (Optional)
  6. 1 head of Broccoli, cut ( see picture above).
  7. 5 Small Carrots, or 2 if carrots are big, cut ( see picture above).
  8. 1 pack of snow peas, take out both ends.
  9. 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
  10. 2 cups of water.


Instruction: Half cooked ( Cooking time- 3-5 minutes)
  • In a pot put oil and stir-fry garlic, and onion, wait till it's a little bit brown then add the carrots first to it, mix, then
  • Add snow peas, mix. then
  • Add Broccoli, mix, then covered the lid for about a minute.
  • Then add the turkey meat, mix it, covered the lid for about a minute again.
  • Then while you are waiting, add the pouch powder sauce into 2 cups of water mix it till it resolves the powder, that's about a minute add the sauce mixed into the stir-fry, mix it very well, then when it's turned thicker, taste it, if you think you need to add the salt and pepper then do it, mix it very well again then turn it off right away.
Then, that's it, you already have a wonderful, healthier meal for your family.
